 1. Services Provided

The Implementation Lab provides project management and sustainability implementation consultancy. Our primary offering is the 30-Day Sustainability Sprint as outlined in our service menu.

2. Independent Status

We are a vendor-neutral consultancy. We do not accept commissions from hardware installers or energy suppliers. Our recommendations are based solely on the best ROI and clinical outcomes for the client.

3. Intellectual Property

The V.I.P.ER. Framework, "Implementation Backlog" structures, and proprietary "Sprint" methodologies are the intellectual property of The Implementation Lab. These are provided for the internal use of the client and must not be shared with third-party consultancies without written consent.

4. Grant Applications

While we facilitate grant applications (e.g., Boiler Upgrade Scheme), the final approval of funding rests with the relevant government or regional body. The Implementation Lab is not liable for rejected applications based on eligibility criteria outside of our control.

5. Liability

The Implementation Lab acts as a project coordinator. Physical installations are carried out by independent, vetted contractors. Any warranties or liabilities regarding hardware or workmanship remain with the appointed installer.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
