How Our 30-Day Pilot Works

We don't just give you more advice; we act as your Outsourced Energy Manager. We get you "Installation-Ready"—meaning all paperwork, certificates, and funding offers are in place for your trustees to approve the works.

Week 1: Forensic Audit – We review 12 months of energy bills to recover VAT overpayments. (Average recovery: £80-£200/month).

Week 2-3: Technical Certification – We arrange the professional EPC assessments and boiler reports required by installers and national funders.

Week 4: Grant Stacking – We secure your eligibility for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) and "stack" it with local Community Energy and Trust funds to bring your out-of-pocket cost to £0.

The Output: An "Installation-Ready" pack for your board. You choose the installer and the timeline. We do not install; we secure the path to installation.

Have you got an EPC rating of D - G? 

We support charity-owned community buildings serving the public in Greater Manchester and surrounding regions. These include:

* Faith buildings (Churches, Mosques, Temples etc.)

* Village Halls & Scout Huts

* Community-owned venues hosting GP surgeries or Warm Spaces.

Who we don’t help: NHS-owned buildings, for-profit GP partnerships, or domestic homes. These have different funding routes.
